Our team brings together over 100 years of accumulated experience in facade installation, testing and maintenance. Our combination of forward thinking and deep industry knowledge allows us to approach every project with both innovation and proven expertise.

We've deliberately focused our business model on three core services which are labour-only installation, CWCT facade water testing and ongoing maintenance.

Every installation operative, CWCT Water Testing technician and specialist holds the relevant qualifications and certifications for their role.

    Paul has been working in the facade industry for over 20 years, gaining extensive experience with leading glazing subcontractors throughout the UK. He founded Platinum Facades in 2019 with a vision to offer specialist installation services and project management as a dedicated subcontractor support business.

    Paul is committed to customer satisfaction and passionate about seamless project delivery. His industry knowledge and relationship-building approach have established Platinum Facades as a trusted partner for contractors nationwide.

    Marcus Sinclair - Sales & Estimating Manager

    Marcus has been immersed in the glazing industry for over 15 years, bringing detailed knowledge of glazing systems and robust commercial experience. His expertise spans estimating for large commercial projects and luxury home developments, making him a valuable asset to the business.

    John has been with Platinum Facades for nearly three years since October 2022, managing the day-to-day running of larger and longer-term installation projects.     John is a CSCS Gold card holder, SMSTS trained, and holds NVQ L3 in construction supervision. His growing experience and capability to handle complex projects make him an invaluable asset to the Platinum Facades team.

    Neil Smith - Installations Manager

    Neil has been with Platinum Facades for two years, managing the operations of short-term and reactive installation projects. When quick turnarounds and rapid deployment are needed, Neil is the person who organises teams and ensures they work effectively and efficiently on site.

    Neil is a CSCS Gold card holder, SMSTS trained, and holds NVQ L3 in construction supervision. He has recently received glowing feedback from site teams for his relationship-building skills and professional approach, making him an excellent point of contact for our clients.

    Mackenzie Kirwan - Installations Supervisor

    Mackenzie has been with Platinum Facades for 18 months, progressing from an installer to installation supervisor. Starting on the tools and learning the trade from the ground up, Mackenzie's career has developed naturally, and he now supports installation managers daily.

    Mackenzie is a CSCS Gold card holder, SSSTS trained, and holds NVQ L3 in supervision. He has recently completed a CWCT weather tightness and testing course, and also holds IPAF and PASMA certifications, making him a valuable team member.
