• Curtain walling installation across all three towers

• Aluminium window systems throughout residential and hotel accommodation

• Cladding installation to external facades

• On-site coordination with main contractor and design team

Sutton Point is a high-profile mixed-use scheme directly adjacent to Sutton Station, comprising three new towers that provide over 45,000 square feet of commercial space, 332 residential apartments, an 80-room hotel, 59 serviced apartments, a health and fitness centre, and basement car parking.

This landmark development required a comprehensive facade package across 24 floors spanning two residential towers and the hotel building.
